		<description>It is absolutely insane how they are continually funding/subsidizing GMAC and other financial institutions, automakers and real estate...but the PTO doesn&#039;t even get the power to raise its fees! We aren&#039;t even asking for money...just the power to raise fees! 

We are talking about innovation for the US in the 21st century...something that will pay dividends. Instead, they decide to throw billions at those who made terrible fiscal mistakes (banks, automakers, home borrowers, etc.) while leaving the engine of innovation stalling.</description>
