There&#039;s a story (probably apochryphal) of an American tourist happening upon the parade in central Belfast and asking a local what it was all about. &quot;It&#039;s The Twelfth,&quot; said the local patiently. &quot;Yes, but what&#039;s it about?&quot; persisted the tourist.  &quot;It&#039;s The Twelfth!&quot; said the local, a little less patiently at being asked something so self-evidently clear. &quot;Yes, but...&quot; &quot;ACH, AWAY YE AN&#039; READ YER BIBLE!&quot; Some things are that fundamental...</description>
