Sughrue Mion PLLC is actively seeking a U.S. Licensed Patent Attorney or Patent Agent for it’s Tokyo, Japan Office.

Duties to Include

Responsibilities will include advising on U.S. patent law, patent prosecution, and/or patent litigation support.

Qualifications Required

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in U.S. Patent Prosecution required
  • Technical background in the mechanical engineering, computer science, or electrical engineering fields
  • Experience working in Japanese corporate patent departments a plus
  • Fluency in Japanese a plus
