ENFORCEMENT OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms are governed and interpreted pursuant to the laws of the State of Virginia, United States of America, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, IPWatchdog.com shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief, other equitable remedies and/or damages from the United States Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia or any other court of competent jurisdiction for the infringement of any intellectual property assets.
