Laura Urquizu

is the Chief Executive Officer at Red Points, a company dedicated to bring innovation to IP protection in the internet. Laura leads the company from the early days, she joined the initial founding team in 2014, at the very beginning of the company first steps. Red Points is changing the game in brand protection, copyright protection, and preventing the distribution of illegal content online. Under her leadership the sales have grown exponentially and the team has gone from 10 to 140 people. She is driving the worldwide adoption of Red Points technology and currently expanding company sales throughout the globe with significant market penetration throughout Europe and the United States. She previously held executive and management positions in big companies as Arthur Andersen, Caja Navarra and CorporacionCAn. She later held the role of Advisor of the Board of Directors and Corporate Development at Lokku and acted as a Member of the Board of Directors for numerous technology companies throughout Europe, including: Abiquo, Spamina, Just in Mind, Nestoria, Deneb, D2D, Biko2, Adecq (Best TV), and DAD. Laura has a Masters in Management Development from IESE para CAN and a degree in Economics from Universidad del País Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea.
