Rose Smalley

is a commercial solicitor at Bond Dickinson, specializing in intellectual property law. She has experience in advising clients in relation to the full panoply of intellectual property rights, on both contentious and non-contentious matters. Rose’s contentious experience includes advising clients in relation to trade marks, passing off, patents, copyright and designs, both in pursuing and defending claims. She has worked on cases in the High Court and Court of Appeal, and the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court, including experience in handling specialist small claims. Rose also has knowledge of alternative dispute resolution processes, and has successfully settled a number of disputes for clients.
