Here are sample domain name purchase agreements for you to use. You may need to modify them to fit your unique circumstance, but these are good templates to follow.


    This agreement is very straight forward and simple. It is for use when only the domain name itself is being transferred. This agreement also has the seller paying and buyer transferring, and does not use a third party escrow.
