Invention Analysis and Claiming Seminar – New York

April 3 @ 8:30 am - April 4 @ 5:00 pm EDT

The program is based on Ron Slusky’s book “Invention Analysis and Claiming: A Patent Lawyer’s Guide” published by the ABA. It presents strategic approaches for analyzing inventions and claiming them based on the problem/solution paradigm and other time-honored patent practice principles. The program is not about claim drafting mechanics and so is appropriate for both newly admitted and experienced attorneys and agents. See brochure for complete program description. 13 CLE credits.
