David Bartolone

David Bartolone is the Managing Director for the International Group of Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory, U.S. He is based in Wolters Kluwer’s global headquarters in The Netherlands.

David has 25 years of experience in the professional information industry, with expertise in sales, marketing, and product management. Most of his career has been focused on international publishing activities such as opening new markets, mobilizing direct sales teams, building distribution and sales agency networks, managing rights and licensing agreements, and developing new business ventures.

Today, David leads a diverse, multicultural team located in offices in The Netherlands, The United Kingdom, and Mexico. His team is dedicated to providing legal practitioners, corporate counsel, and business executives around the world with comprehensive international English-language legal information. In this role, David successfully manages all phases of portfolio and product life-cycle management including digital product innovation, operations, production, and general administration. His business unit is known globally for producing products and services that cross boundaries and jurisdictions, with information, insights and tools that enable professionals to navigate the increasingly global aspect of law.
