Marc Erhlich

Marc Erhlich is Senior Vice President of Patent Strategy for Tivo. Prior to joining TiVo, Marc was Associate General Counsel for IBM, where he managed patent monetization operations and defensive patent analysis, and also served as a member of the IBM IP policy team.
