Nancy Erba

Nancy Erba is Chief Financial Officer at Immersion Corporation, the recognized leader in the development and licensing of touch feedback technology known as haptics. During her tenure, she has delivered over 40% in market cap expansion while acting as a change agent for the company, focusing the organization on its core competencies, including intellectual property and software licensing. In the last year, Ms. Erba was instrumental in Immersion reaching settlement and licensing agreements with world-class technology OEMs and restructuring the company, resulting in over 200% revenue growth and 34% operating cost savings. Nancy has a strong rapport with the sell-side and buy-side communities and was pivotal in the successful resolution with activist investors. Prior to Immersion, Ms. Erba spent over 20 years with Seagate Technology where she held executive positions leading and building best in class finance, business operations and corporate development organizations for the $13 Billion data storage leader. Ms. Erba holds a Bachelor’s Degree in mathematics from Smith College, and an MBA from Baylor University.
