Paul Pysher Joins Choate, Hall & Stewart as Partner in the IP Group

Choate, Hall & Stewart LLP has announced that Paul A. Pysher has joined the firm as a partner in its Intellectual Property (IP) Group.  Pysher has over 20 years of experience in patent prosecution.  He was previously a principal in the Boston office of Fish & Richardson.

Pysher will join a team of nearly 40 IP attorneys, patent agents, and staff scientists at Choate, where he will focus his practice on prosecution, diligence, and opinion work in a wide variety of technologies including electronic circuits, computer hardware and software, network architecture, and medical devices.  Before becoming a lawyer, Pysher spent several years at General Dynamics Space Systems Division, where he designed electrical interfaces for the Atlas rocket.

Pysher received his J.D with an intellectual property concentration with honors, from Boston University School of Law in 1994 and his B.S., Eta Kappa Nu, in electrical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1989.  He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
