Prior to joining VLP, Mr. Kwok was a Partner with Hogan Lovells US LLP. He earned his law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law. In addition, he holds a Master’s degree in electrical engineering and computer science from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor’s degreefrom Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He was a research and development engineer for many years before becoming an attorney. Mr. Kwok is fluent in written Chinese and speaks Mandarin Chinese (???) and Cantonese.
