Davis utilizes his extensive scientific background in chemistry to structure strategic, complex patent portfolios – supporting clients through each phase of the patent process, from patent procurement to post-grant challenge and infringement analysis. Helm focuses her practice on representing life sciences clients in complex patent litigation and related intellectual property, antitrust, healthcare and international arbitration matters involving her scientific, medical and technical expertise.
Dechert’s intellectual property practice is focused on maximizing the commercial value of intellectual property.
