About Caldwell Intellectual Property Law, LLC:
In January 2016, Keegan M. Caldwell formed the firm to better serve innovators by providing quality and strategic intellectual property services focused on monetization. Caldwell’s foundation and core values are transparent trust, team first, and empirical strategy.
Caldwell focuses on its values to deliver quality patents drafted in view of the firm’s core ideology and with a trained eye toward a clear return on investment (ROI) for each patent, and other work we perform for our clients. Our patent professionals work with clients ranging from early-stage start-ups to world-leading brands to analyze, prepare, protect, and monetize their innovations. We have particular experience positioning our clients for the greatest monetary success through strategic development of their intellectual property portfolios.
Our team strongly believes in integrating with our clients to not only guide them through the patenting process but to roll up our sleeves and work alongside them at every step along the way. It is our experience that by cultivating relationships of trust, we can most effectively and efficiently help clients achieve their business goals.
We have a proven, systematic approach for developing portfolios and identifying patents that have value in the marketplace. We provide all the necessary components of successful monetization programs: technical analysis, market assessment, strategic planning, and execution.
