Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck is seeking a Patent Associate

Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck is seeking a Patent Attorney with 2-6 years of experience for the firm’s Denver office.

This is a full-time, permanent position in Denver, CO.

Qualifications Required:

Excellent academic performance, strong writing and analytical skills, verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a team environment are required. Prior non-legal work experience with software or electronics is preferred but not necessary.

Qualified candidates will have a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science and be admitted to the USPTO (or be eligible to take the Patent Bar).

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary will range between $160,000 and $198,000, depending on experience. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance. This role is also eligible for the following firm benefits: medical insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, voluntary insurance including vision, 401(k) plan and matching contributions, profit sharing contributions and paid time off.
