IP Simplified is Seeking a Technical Specialist/Business Development Manager

IP Simplified is looking for a Technical Specialist and Business Development Manager to join their growing team.  This position is a full-time, permanent, remote position, that is open to candidates in the U.S. or Europe. 

By bringing applicants, lawyers, and foreign associates on a single platform and reducing their overall workload, IP Simplified facilitates IP Professionals to spend more time daily with their families.

Duties Include:

  • Technical discussions with prospective clients which may include a demonstration of our solution.
  • Drive new business, including cold sales to achieve sales target
  • Assist with providing our IP Services and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Provide sales and training support to new clients.
  • Assess specific needs from clients and provide solution knowledge as needed
  • Supervise and support BD team with new sales initiatives
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from first contact to close

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor/Masters education
  • 3+ years relevant B2B sales experience or working as IP professional
  • Excellent oral and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Experienced to understand and translate customer needs into comprehensive and competitive offerings
