Frost Brown Todd is seeking a Patent Prosecution Associate Attorney for the Cincinnati, OH, Dallas, TX, or Indianapolis, IN office.

Frost Brown Todd is seeking a Patent Prosecution Associate Attorney with 2-4 years of experience in patent prosecution for the Cincinnati, OH, Dallas, TX, or Indianapolis, IN office.

This is a full-time, permanent position.

Duties Include:

  • Drafting and prosecution of computer software and hardware patent applications
  • Assisting clients with global patent filing strategy
  • Advising clients on freedom to operate and patentability

Qualifications Required:

A successful candidate will possess either a bachelor’s or a master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field, be admitted to the USPTO, and be experienced in drafting computer software and hardware applications. Qualified candidates will also possess excellent academic credentials, writing and communication skills, and be capable of independent and creative work.
