Katherine Dearing is an associate in Venable's Intellectual Property Litigation Practice. She is a 2017 graduate of Georgetown University Law Center. While in law school, she was a legal intern with the Honorable Judge Walton with the United States District Court of the District of Columbia, where she drafted opinions and prepared memoranda on both criminal and civil matters. She was also a legal intern with the United States Attorney's Office, where she produced memoranda on special legal matters, such as the D.C. Bivens statute of limitations.
