Eagle Forum Education & Legal Defense Fund Presents: The Road Back: Restoring American Patents

May 22 @ 4:00 pm - 8:30 pm EDT

Panel Program Description

“This panel discussion highlights the biggest changes to the U.S. patent system and how patents and patent rights have been weakened.  Panelists describe harmful changes by the U.S. Supreme Court, Congress, and administrative agencies and discuss the detrimental effects, including weakened patent rights, disquieted title, and the lost consensus that patents secure private property rights.  Speakers also offer solutions to reset American patents and patent rights in important ways that would restore what has been lost.”
