This year’s IP Master Class will focus on four key areas of patent practice: the International Trade Commission, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, U.S. district courts, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. For the first time, patent practitioners, corporate counsel, and others interested in learning strategies and best practices enjoy front row access to nationally recognized practitioners as well as both sitting and former judges in each tribunal. This one-day, intensive CLE program caps enrollment to facilitate participant interaction with the faculty. Up to a third of each session will be dedicated to responding to audience Q&A. Audience members can virtually join the discussion in real-time as they would during a live seminar.
