Each day at 10 AM ET, we will have a special keynote conversation focusing on an issue of international importance. Alaina van Horn, Chief of Intellectual Property Enforcement for U.S. Customs and Border Protection, will join us on Monday, March 7. On Tuesday, March 8, we will speak with András Jókúti, Director of the Patent and Technology Law Division at the World Intellectual Property Organization. On Wednesday, March 8, the recently retired Grant Philpott, former Chief Operating Officer at the European Patent Office (EPO), and Graham Ashley, former Chairman of a Board of Appeal at the EPO, will chat with us about European post-grant procedures. Then, on Thursday, March 10, we will speak with Camille-Rémy Bogliolo, Head of PCT Affairs at the EPO.
We will have panel discussions focusing on solutions to the global proliferation of counterfeits, PCT mistakes and misconceptions, German patent law and litigation, UK patent law and litigation, unwilling standard essential licensees, global IP monetization, the global IP landscape, and the unitary patent and unified patent court.
