Sunday May 5: Vendor workshops, Conference Warm-up For First Time Attendees, and the Opening Reception! Plus, a chance to check out the inner workings of PIUG at the annual Business meeting.
Monday, May 6: Session on design searching, Keynote by Laura Peters, Deputy Director of the USPTO, a workshop by the USPTO and EPO on the future of the CPC. Followed by our Annual Gala and Awards Dinner. Dinner and drinks with colleagues and friends.
Tuesday, May 7: Open exhibit time, a panel discussion on using registers, and a workshop from the EPO on patent insight reports, plus opportunities for informal dine-arounds in the evenings. Bring your curiosity!
Wednesday May 8: Talks on patent landscapes and then workshops in the afternoon on CPC indexing, AI for patent searching and WIPO standards plus opportunities for informal dine-arounds in the evenings. Bring your curiosity!
Thursday May 9: STN Patent Forum and Post-conference workshops. Because you really can’t be too much of an expert.
There are more educational activities than ever before plus plenty of opportunities for networking with your colleagues. Also, there will be plenty of opportunities to interact with all of our sponsors and exhibitors. Thank you very much to all of them.
