She manages the UK trade mark prosecution practice in London and is a dual-qualified lawyer and chartered trade mark attorney. She has broad experience in both private practise and industry. Abida has significant experience of: advising brands on global clearance and filing strategies; contested actions and appeals (oppositions, revocations and invalidity proceedings, often multi-jurisdictional); commercial coexistence agreements; infringement analyses and enforcement; portfolio management and rationalization; due diligence; and general advisory work.
