Carl Oppedahl

Carl Oppedahl is a partner in Oppedahl Patent Law Firm LLC in Westminster, Colorado. His law degree is from Harvard and he has a bachelor’s degree in physics from Grinnell College. He has served as chair of the AIPLA PCT Issues Committee and served a three-year term on the Board of Directors of AIPLA. He is now a Fellow of the AIPLA. He is an adjunct professor at University of Denver law school teaching advanced patent law. He is author of the “Ant-Like Persistence” blog.
