Chad Wells

Chad Wells, partner at BSKB, is responsible for drafting and prosecuting patent applications in the mechanical and electro-mechanical fields. He also provides litigation support in court of federal claims, district court and the ITC. Mr. Wells specializes in technologies such as light emitting diodes, telecommunications, imaging systems, household appliances including compressors and pumps, secondary batteries, and medical devices. He is a former Patent Examiner at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and has practiced in the intellectual property field since 1998.
