Chris Milton

Chris is a partner based in our London office. He handles patent work covering a broad range of chemical technologies but has particular expertise in the pharmaceutical area. He is experienced in filing and prosecuting SPCs and patent term extensions for pharmaceutical products throughout the world. Chris has considerable experience of attacking and defending patents at the European Patent Office and has been involved in several high-profile cases in the anti-viral field.
