Christopher McDonald

Christopher McDonald has practiced in the intellectual property field since 1990. He has extensive experience in patent prosecution, licensing matters, opinion work, amendments, interviews with examiners, appeal briefs and re-issue applications. Mr. McDonald’s practice focuses on mechanical and electro-mechanical patents, particularly light emitting diodes, telecommunications, imaging systems and household appliances including compressors and pumps. Mr. McDonald is a former Patent Examiner at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, where he specialized in Packaging Art.
