Ed Manzo

Edward is Senior Counsel for Husch Blackwell. He draws on decades of successfully defending clients’ intellectual property interests to focus on issues before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). He also represents appellants and appellees at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Colleagues frequently confer with and refer cases to Edward, who prepares or supervises petitions to challenge patents at the PTAB and to pursue patents for clients.

Edward Manzo has been recognized for Intellectual Property Litigation by The Best Lawyers in America and Illinois Super Lawyers. Also, he was recognized by IP STARS for Managing Intellectual Property. Edward has also received a Burton Award for distinguished legal writing in 2015 and a distinguished service medal in 2012 by The Linn IP Inn of Court Alliance.
