Jennifer Wuamett is Deputy General Counsel for IP & Litigation at NXP Semiconductors, a global leader in the design and manufacture of semiconductors solutions. Jennifer is responsible for the NXP’s worldwide Intellectual Property operations and global litigation matters. Previously, Jennifer previously served as SVP and General Counsel for Freescale Semiconductor until the company’s Merger with NXP in December 2015. Prior to serving as General Counsel for Freescale, Jennifer was Vice President & Chief Intellectual Property Counsel for Freescale from Freescale’s formation in 2004 through 2014. Prior to joining Freescale, Jennifer served as IP Law Director with Motorola’s Global Strategic IP Counseling Team. Before joining Motorola, Jennifer was an attorney in private practice with the national law firm Quarles & Brady, located in the firm’s Phoenix, Arizona office.
