Linda Foit, Ph.D.

is a Patent Agent in the Intellectual Property Department at Fox Rothschild LLP. She focuses her practice on patent drafting and prosecution, as well as management and development of global patent portfolios. She also prepares competitive landscape, non-infringement, and due diligence analyses. Linda holds a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry and has a detailed understanding of molecular and cancer biology, immunology, biophysics, biochemistry, and nanotechnology that she developed during more than a decade of interdisciplinary research. Prior to joining Fox Rothschild LLP, Linda was an Intellectual Property Manager at an international cancer research institute.
