Marc Wilkinson

Marc is a patent attorney and partner in J A Kemp’s Biotechnology and Life Sciences group, having previously worked as a research scientist and group leader in the pharmaceutical industry. Marc has a significant US client base and his technical practice focuses on all aspects of genetics, biochemistry, molecular and cell biology, and particularly antibodies. Marc also has an interest in legal issues and he has followed the development of European case law relating to priority entitlement for many years.
