Rob Winder

Rob Winder is a paralegal with over 16 years of intellectual property experience serving technology businesses. Mr. Winder currently manages the IP program at M/A-COM Technologies Solutions, Inc., in areas including Patents, Trademarks and Copyrights. He works directly with engineering management within MACOM business units as well as with in-house and outside counsel. Prior to MACOM’s acquisition of Mindspeed Technologies, Inc., Mr. Winder served as Mindspeed’s senior IP paralegal where he worked directly for the Chief IP Counsel and with senior management in areas including corporate policy, Trademark filing and prosecution, import/export compliance, innovation development, IP and trade compliance training , M&A integration, due diligence support, Patent harvesting, sales, Patent prosecution, litigation support and managed the business unit’s invention review committees. Prior to Mindspeed’s 2003 spin off from Conexant Systems, Inc., Mr. Winder served in a variety of paralegal roles with increasing responsibilities at Conexant and PHB Hagler Bailly, Inc.

Mr. Winder has practical experience and success in budget forecasting, management and reporting, policy development, outside counsel management, patent database management, joint patent ownership, trade compliance, internal audit and litigation support.
