Shane Bohnen

Shane is the Associate General Counsel, Commercial at Bio-Techne Corporation, where he supports a diverse team of doctors, scientists, and businesspeople whose mission is to deliver epic tools for epic science. Over the past seven months, the majority of Shane’s time has been spent supporting Bio-Techne’s development and sales of products that are fueling the world’s fight against Covid, from PCR and serology assays to potential treatments to, hopefully, vaccines. Shane’s clients are thus far persuaded he’s a real attorney because he has tried cases, won and lost arguments in actual courtrooms, and allegedly made a few deposition witnesses cry.

Shane’s career has focused primarily on the medical technology industry, with seven years in-house and ten years as a litigator in private practice. His current favorite word is “perspicacious.”
