Thomas Gniadek

Dr. Thomas Gniadek is a partner in the Munich office of Simmons & Simmons, where his practice focuses on counselling and representation in patent litigation, trade secrets litigation and other tech-related litigation. In particular, his expertise comprises litigating patents in the fields of telecommunications, video, audio and voice coding, IT, hardware and software, consumer electronics, automotive, mechanics, 3D printing, metal manufacturing, medical devices as well as biotech; regularly including standard essential patents (SEP).

The JUVE handbook 2019/2020 ranks Thomas as a “frequently recommended lawyer” and describes his negotiation style as “pragmatic and solution-oriented”.
