Thomas Mahlum

Tom Mahlum is a litigator and trial attorney who helps clients achieve real-world, executable solutions to legal problems with the potential for big bottom-line impact. Tom’s representations include healthcare, contract, competition, trade secret, high-level employment, fraud, patent and trademark cases as well as international arbitration matters. Tom has courtroom experience in all phases of litigation for both plaintiff and defendants.
