Archimedes’ OffspringTM has Launched

Providence, Utah, based Archimedes’ OffspringTM (AOS) is excited to announce the launch of the first of its Families of investment funds to raise money from the crowd under the Federal 2012 JOBS Act. This first offering, by Da Vinci Invention Investment Fund I, will seek to raise up to $750,000 from the accredited investor crowd under Rule 506(c) of Regulation D.*

AOS sponsors a number of “Inventor Family” investment funds. These funds provide everyday investors with a new way to help fund the innovation process by supporting independent inventors, and in so doing provide everyday Americans with investment opportunities that were previously denied them. Now, investors can access the type of returns previously unavailable them outside of the volatile public markets, while at the same time providing the independent inventor with access to cash for development of his or her idea.

AOS believes that independent inventors are instrumental in the innovation process and need the financial assistance of public investors to overcome the substantial obstacles large, multinational corporations have put in place to hamper true innovation and, instead, line their own pockets. In order to have a real impact on the U.S.’s economic future, we need to find a way to help the independent inventors, who throughout our history have always been where true innovation starts, by helping them get their ideas “from mind to market”. AOS is that way!

I do not think there is any thrill that can go through the human heart like that felt by the

inventor as he sees some creation of the brain unfolding to success.
