The Recorder Announces Release of “Best Of 2021” Reader Favorite and Industry Ranking Survey, Names IMS a Nine-Time Award Nominee

Pensacola, Fla.  |  The Recorder, California’s leading publication and news source for attorneys, law firm leaders, and in-house counsel, announced the opening today of its annual reader favorite survey and named IMS Consulting & Expert Services as a nine-time nominee for the “Best Of 2021” awards.

The Recorder conducts a statewide industry survey each year to solicit feedback from California’s legal community on the most-trusted and “best” firms, practitioners, industry authorities, and service providers. The survey’s findings inform annual rankings published in a special edition of The Recorder and help identify the “Best Of 2021” award winners.

Founded in 1857, The Recorder’s coverage today spans the intersection of law, technology, and business. The annual reader favorite industry rankings align with The Recorder’s objective of helping California attorneys and legal professionals successfully navigate their practices and lead their firms.

The Recorder and its readers have nominated IMS Consulting & Expert Services for consideration in nine categories of this year’s awards:

  • Best End-to-end Litigation Consulting
  • Best Jury/Trial Consulting
  • Best Corporate Investigations
  • Best Trial Technology
  • Best Overall Expert Witness Services
  • Best Expert Witness Referral Service
  • Best Demonstrative Evidence Provider
  • Best Forensic Experts
  • Best Forensic Accounting

The industry survey results will be revealed by The Recorder in a June edition, along with statewide industry rankings of top firms, practices, and service providers. The industry rankings serve as a resource for helping California’s legal community navigate and select the most-trusted vendors and partners to meet their own and their clients’ needs.

Several influential industry publications have recognized IMS in recent years. The National Law Journal recognized IMS in six categories of its own “Best Of 2021” awards. The National Law Review has also recognized IMS for delivering context and clarity for the litigation community and named the firm to its prestigious “Go-To Thought Leader” awards for the three most recent consecutive years.

California attorneys and legal industry leaders can shape the awards and statewide industry rankings by casting votes now through March 26. Attorneys, judges, in-house counsel, and other legal industry professionals can select IMS Consulting & Expert Services in nine categories, including Best End-To-End Litigation Consulting, Best Trial Technology, and Best Overall Expert Witness Services.
