have retained the services of Hiscock & Barclay. Michael Oropallo has filed an appearance and is the lead attorney. In a nutshell, we moved to dismiss the case, with a Motion to Dismiss hearing scheduled for April 9, 2010. Not surprisingly, we also opposed ISC’s motion for preliminary injunction.
